There is no such thing as an order being made too early. We advise that you leave it no later than 3-4 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment.

Your cake has been made the day before you receive it and will stay fresh for several days after this.
Tip: Keep it well-wrapped or in an airtight container to retain freshness.

When holding your cake, have flat hands under the box and hold the cake upright, not leaning on your body. When driving, place it in the footwell of your car or the boot (make sure nothing is likely to topple onto the cake during transit). Remember not to drive with your cake on the car seat!
Tip: On hot days, whack the air con on!

On very hot days, yes. But otherwise, just a cool dark room is a cake’s happy place.

Currently, we do not offer vegan celebration cakes or cupcakes.

Currently, we’re unable to offer gluten-free bakes as we do not have a separate bakery in which we can handle gluten-free flour. We prioritise care and quality, and the risk of cross-contamination is currently likely.

Absolutely! Your cake will retain its freshness in the freezer for up to 3 months. Leave to thaw at room temp before digging in.

For orders over £250, we require a minimum 25% deposit to lock in the order. The remaining amount is to be paid no later than 14 days before the completion date. Alternatively, you can pay upfront if you’d rather get it out of the way.

All orders can be cancelled for a full refund up until 14 days before the completion date.
